Britney . . . Class of 2011 {Kansas Senior Portrait Photographer}

Britney is one of my Model Reps and she came for her full session this week!  It was fun to get her back in the studio again with a new tan, new clothes and new ideas!  The humidity gave us a break thanks to the nice wind. . . but between gusts we were able to capture a great set of images to complete her session!  Thanks Britney for a great session!  I love it when my job is so easy :-)

Rain . . . Wind . . . Humidity! {Kansas Portrait Photographer}

Elly called early last year about getting pictures with her horse Poco in her wedding dress!  With an early May wedding scheduled, we thought NO problem . . . Piece of cake!  Well as it happened, rain decided to bless us(not that we should complain) on the first scheduled date. . . Date 2 rolled around and brought with it 900mph winds. . . (well not quite but yo get the picture) . . . So now with summer approaching and both of our scheduled being CRAZY BUSY that had us have to look clear into July . . . We managed to avoid rain and heat and instead sweat off about 20 pounds I'm sure last Friday!  BUT in the end we got them done and had GREAT results!  MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!  Thanks Elly . . . Britny gets the award so far for the furthest drive to Prairie Images Photography!  I love it when I see seniors from new schools and getting to meet people that I don't know!  Britny braved the humidity AND the mosquitoes to get some killer senior portraits.  Thanks for coming Britny!  Enjoy your images!

Summer is clicking along . . . and if the heat alone doesn't tell you what day it is I don't know what will!  It has been absolutely awful . . . maybe I'm just getting old, but the humidity just seems to get worse every year!

With that being said . . . just a heads up on summer appointments. . . they are filling quickly . . . as in they are almost GONE. . . School starts soon so if you are wanting a session before then, you need to call soon!

Don't forget about the new outdoor portrait area that I now have .  . . it's really cool and I am enjoying ever minute of using it. . .

So now that you have this update. . . sit back by the pool and stay cool . . .

Teddy. .. Class of 2011 {Kansas Senior Portrait Photographer}

Teddy came this week for his senior portraits!  He wasn't too sure about this whole thing but I promised him I would make it as painless as possible. :-)  It must have worked because we got some great pictures and now Teddy can just breathe a sigh of relief that it is over!  You were a great sport Teddy. . . Austin. . . Class of 2011 {Kansas Senior Portrait Photographer}

Austin was great fun to work with for his senior portraits! He told me long before the big day that pictures weren't his thing . . . I promised not to torture him too much :-)  He's a great kid and I enjoyed the session alot!  He even told me it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be. . . Landry. . . Class of 2011!

Landry came to her senior portrait session last week armed with her Tennis and basketball gear!  The heat had taken a bit of a vacation, but still left us with the humidity as well as the wind.  . . Have I ever seen so much wind . . . sigh . . . But we powered through it and got a great collection of images . . . Thanks Landry . . .
