Garage Sale season is getting closer. . . in fact the semi-annual Meade City Trash adn Treasure Days will be held on May 2nd. I know many of you are always cleaning out closet, drawers, etc getting ready for it . . . sooooo . . . I thought I'd throw out some items I'm looking for to see if there's anything waiting for a new home . . . If you have any of these things and would be interested in selling them, please give me a holler:

Little Girls/Boys Overalls: Need all sizes up to 3T and prefer the plain ones(no cartoon, pictures).

White Dresses that aren't real frilly(very simple cotton ones) . . . all sizes up to 2T

Nice dresses and nice dress clothes for boys/girls. Preferably not christmasy looking.

Pastel Colored Wood Alphabet Blocks. . .

Brown Old Raggedy Teddy Bears. . .

Costumes(need some specific . . . let me know what you have)

Old Wood that looks old and rustic like barnwood. . .

Spring Happenings ...

The new year is moving right along! Can you tell I’m ready for Spring? :-) These unseasonably warm days are teasing all of us! Unfortunately I know that Old Man Winter will make his appearance again before all is said and done! But hopefully we can get some moisture out of it that doesn’t cause anyone too much havoc! I’m sure all the kids out there are saying “Bring on the Snow Days!”

Prairie Images will be having some Spring Happenings!

March will feature Easter Portraits! This event will take place on March 20th-21st and March 28th. These portrait sessions will be Mini-Studio Sessions featuring NO session fees and will have special priced collections starting at $50. I’m working on a set up now but if you are interested in this event, plan on a pastel spring theme. Please book by March 11th.

April will feature Family Portraits! This event will be available several days throughout the month of April. Featured dates will include: Saturday, April 11th; Thursday, April 16th; and Thursday, April 30th. These portrait sessions will also be Mini-Studio Sessions with the same special priced collections as featured in the Easter Portrait event. This is a great time to get that family portrait taken if you missed the Holiday rush! The backdrop for these portraits will be good for casual or dressier clothing and will be in darker tones. Please book by April 3rd for Saturday the 11th sessions.

Class of 2010! Senior Portrait Season is approaching soon! I will be mailing out postcards in April. If you have a senior in the family be sure to watch the blog for “Blog Only Specials” as well as my Class of 2010 Facebook group. If you haven't joined yet, feel free to do so to keep up on the news. Some special senior events are being planned now but dates are undecided at this time.

Lastly, a special thanks goes out to my faithful blog readers! Many of you have taken advantage of the Trivia as well as the other special offerings that have been posted!
